Senior Project Manager, Construction Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finalization of drawings and the entire build process to ensure spaces meet design specifications
• Plan the effort and duration of each construction stage to ensure timely project completion
• Secure and manage construction contractor budgets at fair market value
• Oversee General Contractors to validate build quality and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

Requirements

• Proven expertise in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
• Experience in budget management and contractor oversight
• Ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners to achieve business outcomes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear objectives and design inspiring strategies
