Senior Project Manager, Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial tenant improvement projects from initial concept through final punch-list and close-out
• Develop and oversee project roadmaps, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget
• Create project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving any deviations or "red flag" issues
• Coordinate with various trades, vendors, and building tenants to ensure seamless project execution
• Establish pathways to project success based on key performance indexes defined by stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong internal and external industry relationships to represent the Colliers brand
• Direct and lead diverse teams while maintaining high team spirit and professional standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management
• Solid background in corporate commercial real estate, property management, or construction
• Extensive knowledge of the design process, construction methodologies, and project management principles
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical specifications
• Proven ability to lead vendors and apply critical thinking to complex problem-solving
