Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of the Project Roadmap, leading teams from initial concept through final punch-list and close-out
• Establish pathways to project success based on key performance indexes defined by stakeholders
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets, identifying and resolving deviations or issues as they arise
• Lead and direct a variety of vendors while providing critical thinking to complex problem-solving
• Develop strong industry relationships and represent the Colliers project management brand

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management
• Extensive knowledge of the design process and construction workflows
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project
• Working knowledge of industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications
• Ability to travel up to 40% (including in-state and overnight travel)
• Bachelor's degree or a related degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Related experience working in a government environment
• Experience in directing and maintaining team spirit
• Familiarity with business development strategies and maintaining industry relationships
