Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple real estate projects, including schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation
• Act as the senior point of contact for clients to provide strategic guidance
• Oversee stakeholders including landlords, developers, contractors, and vendors
• Manage the design process from concept through construction documentation
• Lead tendering processes, evaluate bids, and support contract negotiations
• Advise on procurement strategies and manage service contracts
• Supervise on-site construction activities for compliance with safety and quality standards
• Ensure timely project close-out and handover
• Mentor junior team members and support business development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in real estate or construction project management
• Proven track record managing complex, high-value projects
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, or SketchUp is a plus
• Experience with international clients and global standards is highly desirable
