Responsibilities

• Plan and drive project execution, ensuring timelines and resources are aligned across engineering and business teams
• Lead cross-functional delivery through the full project lifecycle
• Act as the central coordination point between technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and partners
• Implement project management best practices and manage risks and dependencies
• Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency

Requirements

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working directly with engineering and R&D teams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field
