Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Manage client coordination, satisfaction, and relationship development
• Oversee project deliverables, technical reviews, and project files
• Prepare project proposals including scoping, staffing, and manpower estimates
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities with municipal and agency clients
• Monitor financial profitability, scope, schedule, and budget for projects
• Serve as Engineer of Record for technical accuracy of plans and reports
• Coordinate permitting efforts and client submittal reviews
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior technical staff
• Manage staffing levels and team performance

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading a team
• Water, Sewer, or Site Civil experience preferred
• Valid NY driver's license
• NY PE license or ability to obtain one within six months
• Familiarity with NYSDOT specifications and MasterSpec
• Proficiency in CADD or engineering design software
