Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex or multiple construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are met
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to drive high performance and capability development
• Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variations to maximize profitability
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience delivering complex construction projects
• Proven experience managing high-rise or high-density residential projects valued at over $100 million
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contract management, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving and risk management capabilities
