Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize ATM replacement programs for banking and retail clients
• Coordinate with clients, preparation platforms, and site installation teams to ensure seamless deployment
• Define processes for ATM preparation and deployment workflows
• Supervise hardware orders to ensure delivery aligns with replacement schedules
• Manage and pilot external partners, tracking unit tasks and service delivery
• Produce project performance indicators and reports
• Anticipate and manage deployment risks and technical hurdles
• Manage allocated resources, project budgets, and partner quotes
• Draft technical proposals and commercial offers, including cost estimations
• Facilitate the transition of projects from the Commercial Department to Product Life Cycle Services

• Strong experience in resource planning and coordination
• Proficiency in budget management and cost control
• Ability to write technical proposals and commercial offers
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing external partners and stakeholders
