Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Run creative and production processes from brief to delivery
• Manage multiple mid to high complexity projects simultaneously
• Oversee deliverables including digital, film, CGI, motion design, and print
• Manage project scoping, costing, and resource planning
• Identify stakeholders and implement communication plans
• Monitor project progress, budget, and profitability
• Mitigate risks and manage project documentation
• Coordinate development among various project participants and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects from start to end
• Fluency in English and German (non-negotiable)
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Experience with project management and document sharing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global FMCG brands
• Multi-market and international exposure
• Agency, communication, or production industry experience
• Interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
