Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to define project specifications and objectives
• Support contract negotiations with external vendors and subcontractors
• Assist in obtaining required permits and licenses from relevant authorities
• Identify and plan required resources including manpower, equipment, and materials
• Contribute to planning project operations and scheduling intermediate phases
• Manage team members and assign responsibilities according to project needs
• Lead the project team and manage interactions with clients and contractors
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status and performance reports
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction Project Manager with a focus on industrial projects
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Knowledge of the food industry including manufacturing and packaging processes
• Familiarity with quality standards and health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software
• Fluency in English and Dutch/Flemish
• BSc or BA in Engineering, Building Science, or a related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
