Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Peripheral Intervention Business Unit and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept development to commercialization.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Facilitate project governance, including status reviews, leadership updates, and portfolio planning meetings.
• Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and issues, driving resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, design controls, and regulatory standards such as FDA and ISO 13485.
• Support portfolio management activities including project prioritization and resource planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, or a similar role within the medical device industry or a highly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and the regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
• In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and design control processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience supporting portfolio or program-level initiatives.
