Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team to develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules
• Manage projections for field manpower, key man assignments, and equipment requirements
• Lead site visits, proposal development, and contract reviews to manage scope and risk
• Communicate project status, including schedule, financials, risk, quality, and safety, to leadership and customers
• Maintain communication regarding changes affecting job scope, schedule, or budget
• Create and maintain weekly and monthly cost forecast reports tracking estimated vs. actual costs

Requirements

• 8+ years of Commercial/Industrial Construction experience
• Ability to travel 50% or more
• Proficiency with project management duties described

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Wind or Solar energy sectors
