Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end retirement of the Rushmore Risk platform as part of the Strategic Risk Systems Simplification initiative.
• Manage complex dependencies across trading, data, and technology teams to ensure a seamless platform cutover.
• Own the full project plan, including prioritizing deliverables and synchronizing dashboards and data quality efforts.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks and issues specific to the project.
• Drive requirements gathering and provide regular updates to stakeholders using delivery dashboards and technical data.
• Collaborate with functional leadership and senior management to ensure alignment with business strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Front Office Delivery, working closely with traders, Strats, and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within a fast-paced, demanding financial environment.
• Hands-on experience managing intraday risk projects and knowledge of Rates products.
• Proficiency in project delivery tooling including Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Demonstrated ability to collect, structure, and prioritize complex requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Project Management background.
• Experience in Risk Platform Migration or System Decommissioning.
• Experience delivering projects under strict strategic or regulatory deadlines.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
