About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage global implementation projects for online banking solutions at top-tier banks
- Act as a bridge between internal Backbase teams and global clients
- Provide effective coordination and communication among all project stakeholders
- Advise clients on implementing online applications using the Backbase Solution to its full potential
- Manage risks, issues, and change processes at both project and program levels
- Lead project teams, resolve internal issues, and train members in scrum methodology
- Design and facilitate client workshops and work with senior stakeholders to define long-term strategy
- Monitor project effectiveness through financial management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience
- Proven experience working within the financial sector
- Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment
- Demonstrated experience in program management
- Experience managing large transformation programs or multiple teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Agile coach
- Strong knowledge of standard software tools related to project management
- Ability to identify business development opportunities during client engagements
