Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and schedules
• Assemble and direct project teams, leading them through the entire execution phase
• Unify team efforts, lead meetings, promote collaboration, and resolve conflicts
• Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies
• Establish project budgets, track spending, and ensure fiscal efficiency
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and provide regular updates to stakeholders and the PMO
• Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects and ad-hoc project tasks

Requirements

• Valid PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience for Senior roles
• Practical knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Understanding of Microsoft technologies, application programming, and system design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CSM or CSPO certifications
• Ability to read and speak Mandarin Chinese or Vietnamese
• Background in software vendor or system integration service provider environments
