Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while developing contingency plans
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders through regular meetings and reports
• Ensure software development processes and deliverables meet quality standards and best practices
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to ensure financial adherence
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project delivery efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in software project management with a proven track record
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA or Microsoft Project
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must reside in the UAE or hold a valid UAE residency visa/sponsorship
• Ability to join within 1–2 weeks of accepting an offer
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Dubai

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience delivering software solutions for enterprise or consumer markets
