Senior Project Manager Architecture/Interior Design

Responsibilities

• Independent management of overall projects (approx. €5 million construction volume) across all performance phases
• Support in creating tenders, managing costs, and ensuring project quality from design to execution
• Development and coaching of junior employees
• Expansion of quality standards in project management and ensuring process compliance
• Client management and maintenance of customer relationships
• Contributing to company development with a proactive attitude

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (University/Fachhochschule)
• Several years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Experience with BIM is preferred
• German language skills (C1)
• English language skills (B2)
• Structured and responsible working style
