Senior Project Manager, Architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead retail architectural projects end-to-end from concept through construction, maintaining clear schedules and milestones
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and constraints impacting scope, schedule, and budget
• Oversee the issuance and tracking of drawings, RFIs, and shop drawings to ensure timely project progress
• Lead coordination across internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment on design intent and execution
• Manage external consultants to ensure deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and timelines
• Ensure all designs and documentation comply with applicable building codes, regulations, permitting requirements, and accessibility standards

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering architectural projects from concept through construction
• Proficiency in REVIT and strong document management discipline
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks
• Strong understanding of design development, construction documentation, and delivery
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permitting requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to lead cross-functional coordination
