Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of new build infrastructure and expansion/retrofit projects within the Global Engineering, Maintenance, & Sustainability (GEMS) organization.
• Manage medium to large capital projects, ensuring they meet timelines, stay within budget, and drive network standardization.
• Partner with program managers to secure resources, define scope, set priorities, and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Own program communication by driving timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and govern the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of assigned projects.
• Coordinate the schedules of multiple vendors simultaneously and interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive continuous improvements.
• Proven experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, including communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% nationwide (includes air travel and driving to site locations).

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing and scaling workforce development or upskilling programs across large-scale operations.
