Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full design, development, and administration lifecycle for a portfolio of 10-15 retail projects simultaneously
• Build and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and risk logs
• Lead cross-functional coordination across internal design, real estate, construction, and brand teams
• Direct the development of plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications
• Champion brand and design standards while balancing local codes and landlord constraints
• Partner with real estate teams on site evaluation, due diligence, and lease negotiations
• Support construction teams in resolving RFIs, field issues, and conducting on-site observations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 10-15 years of design and project management experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project
• Significant knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and documentation
• Strong understanding of retail-related ADA compliance and building codes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Sustainable building practice experience
• LEED AP certification
• Experience managing high-volume, fast-moving project pipelines
• Experience negotiating lease terms or tenant allowances from a design/construction perspective
