Responsibilities

• Deliver work focused on customer experiences including websites, e-commerce, mobile apps, emerging technologies, films, products, or events
• Oversee the successful setup, structure, and end-to-end delivery of multiple engagements
• Manage clients, partners, and multiple suppliers to ensure optimal outcomes
• Encourage cross-department collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship
• Define and agree on the Scope of Work with internal teams and clients
• Manage administrative and functional aspects of projects, including budget and resource management
• Balance client demands with project realities and resolve open issues timely

Requirements

• Significant experience managing diverse service delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Ability to define functional and technical requirements or User Stories
• Experience making commercial and financial decisions
• Comfortable leading client sessions and facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders
• Strong customer service ethos and self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Scrum, Lean, or other delivery methodologies
