Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and technical specifications
• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using Jira, Asana, or MS Project
• Act as the primary liaison between creative and technical teams
• Allocate human, financial, and technical resources to maximize productivity
• Monitor project costs and manage budgets to ensure profitability
• Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to optimize workflows
• Ensure final deliverables align with creative briefs and technical requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in a creative agency, tech company, or digital production environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Trello, Basecamp, or MS Project
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and dashboards
• Understanding of SDLC, UI/UX principles, CMS, and basic web technologies
• Familiarity with creative processes like video production and graphic design
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or Communications

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification
• Exposure to leveraging AI tools in project delivery
