Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to translate operational needs into functional and technical specifications
• Oversee system integration with government platforms like Singpass and Corppass
• Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members
• Monitor system performance and drive initiatives for reliability, security, and scalability
• Prepare documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, and test plans
• Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in systems analysis or IT project delivery
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from requirements to deployment
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Angular, and SQL
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid)
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Experience with Singapore government digital services is an advantage
