Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of global programs, from planning through delivery and post-launch activities
• Manage complex, multi-region projects ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
• Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution of critical issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize potential impact on delivery
• Monitor program performance through data and metrics to drive informed decision-making
• Promote continuous improvement of program management processes to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in global and technology-driven environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across different organizational levels
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Solid experience with project management tools and agile methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make evidence-based decisions
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience working in environments that utilize DevOps culture
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
