About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of global programs, from planning through delivery and post-launch activities
- Manage complex, multi-region projects ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
- Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution of critical issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize potential impact on delivery
- Monitor program performance through data and metrics to drive informed decision-making
- Promote continuous improvement of program management processes to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in global and technology-driven environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across different organizational levels
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid experience with project management tools and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make evidence-based decisions
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience working in environments that utilize DevOps culture
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
