Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop project management standards and methodologies to secure consistency and enhance effectiveness
• Support project managers in creating detailed project roadmaps, addressing scope, timeline, budget, and resource management
• Monitor project progress compared to planned roadmaps and share updates with stakeholders
• Ensure precise distribution and effective utilization of resources
• Manage risks and issues that compromise deliverables and collaborate on mitigation strategies
• Document project proceedings comprehensively, including meeting summaries, task lists, and decision registers
• Supervise project deliverables to ensure quality meets standards
• Foster communication between project teams and stakeholders to secure consensus

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Experience in Operations Management, Project Management, or related roles is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong service mindset
• Skilled in data analysis, proposing development strategies, and troubleshooting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus
