Senior Project Leader Project Management

Responsibilities

• Manage product development projects, including planning, reporting, and documentation
• Align and coordinate project requirements across globally distributed teams (EU, US, APAC)
• Lead product development teams by setting clear targets, distributing work packages, and maintaining team motivation
• Organize team and meeting structures to ensure constructive communication with stakeholders
• Manage project risks and lead technical teams through problem-solving situations
• Moderate discussions among technical experts using functional knowledge to drive project decisions
• Take full responsibility for project success and the tracking of all targets

Requirements

• University degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics, or a similar field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience within the semiconductor industry
• Solid knowledge of semiconductor devices and power switches (including silicon and SiC device physics)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong structured presentation and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager for R&D projects, specifically managing a project from inception to closure
• Formal Project Management certification (ideally IPMA Level C) or equivalent training
• Knowledge of power switch technologies and the Infineon product portfolio
• Proficiency in German or a strong willingness to learn
