Senior Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery by optimizing timelines, costs, and quality to maximize client value.
• Plan and execute system development, client delivery, deployment, implementation, and migration.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including scope, resource utilization, and quality standards.
• Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and perform regular monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage and develop project teams by assigning roles, setting goals, and providing performance evaluations.
• Ensure all project documentation and quality management processes adhere to NSSP standards.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience within a system development department (SDLC).
• Experience working within Japanese companies.
• Demonstrated experience in executing application development projects.
• Strong skills in software development lifecycle management, including progress, cost, and schedule tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with users, business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Experience managing projects from initiation through to final release.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the credit card or shopping credit industry.
• Expertise in managing complex application system development projects.
