Senior Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery by optimizing timelines, costs, and quality while maximizing client value.
• Plan and execute system development, client delivery, deployment, and migration processes.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including scope, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Identify potential project risks and develop effective contingency plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage and mentor team members by assigning responsibilities, setting performance goals, and fostering professional growth.
• Maintain high-quality documentation in compliance with internal NSSP processes.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience within a system development environment.
• Strong expertise in managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including progress, cost, and quality tracking.
• Experience executing application development projects from initiation through to release.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Experience working within Japanese companies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the credit card or shopping credit industry.
• Deep understanding of banking and financial services domains.
