Senior Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery by optimizing timelines, costs, and quality while maximizing client value.
• Plan and execute system development, client delivery, deployment, implementation, and migration.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to release, ensuring adherence to NSSP processes.
• Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and perform regular monitoring to avoid delays.
• Manage and develop team members by assigning responsibilities, setting direction, and supporting performance growth.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including users, business units, IT teams, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within Japanese companies (experience in the credit card or shopping credit domain is a plus).
• Demonstrated experience in executing application development projects.
• Strong skills in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
