Senior Project Engineer - SCADA Programmer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leads on current programming tasks
• Meet and understand client electrical and mechanical needs
• Read and interpret logical flow diagrams
• Debug existing PLC software
• Perform testing and commissioning of SCADA systems
• Manage client relations during FAT/SAT processes
• Travel to domestic and overseas sites as required

Requirements

• BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
• 3-5 years of experience in PLC/SCADA programming
• Hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA programming software
• Proficiency in Ladder logic, Function Block diagram, and Sequential Flow chart
• Experience with GX-WORK-3 and GT-Designer-3
• Knowledge of communication protocols including CC Link, Modbus, Ethernet, and BACnet
• Familiarity with Mitsubishi series (FX, Q, IQ-R, IQ-F)
• Knowledge of Motion Control and MELSERVO

Preferred Qualifications

• SCADA Professional certifications
• Knowledge of sensors and transmitters (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level)
• Knowledge of control valves and actuators
• Knowledge of combustion safety and control systems
• Experience in hardware design for Control & PLC Panels
