Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage commissioning and startup activities for new equipment installations
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, productivity, safety, and cost-efficiency
• Coordinate gas turn-on schedules and cross-functional activities with fab engineering
• Evaluate future scenario planning, including infrastructure budget, schedule forecasting, and capacity analysis
• Implement standardization methods across the equipment fleet, including work processes and alarm management
• Optimize preventative maintenance strategies for aging assets to minimize unexpected failures
• Improve process control and monitoring methods to ensure robust proactive equipment sustaining

Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of direct operations experience related to gas and/or chemical supply systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor or electronics facility support
• Expertise in handling safety protocols and hazardous process materials
