Responsibilities

• Support Sr. Manager HV battery in the battery development process
• Coordinate communication and workflow within the HV battery team
• Coordinate communication within the powertrain team and report to Sr. Manager HV Battery
• Develop the entire HV battery design process
• Synchronize and support battery and powertrain integration
• Coordinate engineering service suppliers
• Support the homologation team and production license approach
• Support the battery team in Nanjing

Requirements

• Experience in Automotive, OEM, supplier, or battery manufacturing
• Expertise in battery system design, electrochemistry, BMS, or homologation
• Masters or PhD degree
• Self-organizing and solutions-oriented mindset
