Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in overall project coordination and execution of offshore facilities including jackets and topsides
• Act as the focal point between engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams
• Monitor and track engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on technical and execution matters
• Manage interfaces between different work packages such as onshore yards, installation, and fabrication
• Oversee fabrication activities at the yard to ensure alignment with design and quality requirements
• Track project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures
• Participate in technical reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, and constructability reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural engineering
• Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Proven experience in PMC roles on offshore projects with focus on Jackets and topsides
• Experience in fabrication yards and offshore installation
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle including FEED, EPC, and Commissioning
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, and project controls
• Previous experience with Aramco projects
• Experience working with major PMC and EPC contractors
