Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of fleet support plans for field problem management
• Calculate finding rates and perform predictive analysis to support technical safety reviews
• Provide recommendations for parts provisioning, asset needs, and capacity risks based on fleet performance
• Partner with Airline Support Managers to present fleet support plans for AD and retrofits
• Coordinate with OEM, MRO, and operator personnel to track and report status
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external teams
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and standard processes

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with reliability analysis and predictive risk management
• Experience with database creation and/or management
• Ability to work primarily in an onsite capacity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management and Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of Nacelle or Engine components
• Proficiency with data analytical software such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Familiarity with SAP, ERM, Teamcenter, or SharePoint
• Experience with CRM software like MS Dynamics
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
