Senior Project Engineer (Civil)

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site civil construction activities across the civil scope
• Drive safety leadership and compliance across all works
• Manage subcontractors, procurement packages, and productivity
• Oversee quality processes including ITPs, lot closures, and NCRs
• Support program, cost control, progress claims, and variations

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects within a contractor delivery model
• Knowledge of safety legislation, Australian Standards, and industry codes
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Current Driver’s Licence and own transport
