Senior Project Director - Residential

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of residential project portfolios, managing all aspects including planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to enhance productivity and ensure excellence in project delivery
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure project alignment with strategic objectives
• Create and enforce project management best practices, standards, and controls
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project success
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular project updates and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management
• At least 10 years in a senior leadership role specifically within residential projects
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential developments
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory environment and construction standards
• Saudi Nationals are preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• PMP certification or equivalent professional certification
