Senior Project Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of customer implementation projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure projects align with agreed scope, timelines, and business objectives
• Act as the central point of coordination between customers and internal teams
• Manage project risks proactively and maintain detailed risk registers
• Drive operational excellence by reviewing delivery metrics and identifying process improvements
• Develop and manage deliverable schedules for multiple concurrent projects
• Provide accurate stock forecasts and visibility into potential third-party delays
• Conduct stakeholder review meetings to track outputs and actions
• Collect and analyze customer feedback (CSAT/NPS) to enhance delivery quality

Requirements

• Extensive experience in project delivery management
• Proven experience managing projects that combine both hardware and software
• Experience within the retail technology sector is highly desirable
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
• Advanced certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or Professional Scrum Master
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and Slides)
• Must be based in the UK with the legal right to work in the UK
