Senior Project Cost Controller

Responsibilities

• Provide cost control support to senior team members and the Cost Lead
• Maintain and integrate precinct-level cost data into project reporting
• Develop and manage cost reports and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Operate within cost management systems such as CMS, EcoSys, Aconex, or PRISM
• Conduct project audits and perform earned value analysis (EVA)

Requirements

• Australian or UK Citizenship with the ability to obtain or hold relevant security clearance (Baseline)
• Demonstrated experience as a Cost Controller on infrastructure or defence projects
• Proficiency in cost management tools such as Aconex, CMS, or EcoSys
• Experience working in both consultancy and client-side environments
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
