Senior Project Coordinator - Tooling Management

Responsibilities

• Manage all tooling activities to support production and maintenance operations
• Coordinate tooling schedules, delivery timelines, and project status tracking
• Oversee tooling documentation, revisions, and compliance requirements
• Work with suppliers on tooling orders, repairs, and lead-time management
• Support daily tooling needs on-site for production, engineering, and quality teams
• Monitor tooling inventory, availability, and readiness
• Resolve tooling issues and escalate risks as needed
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Maintain accurate records and ensure tools meet safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation, manufacturing, tooling coordination, or production support
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or project-management-related field
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Teams, Project, etc.)
• Strong coordination, scheduling, and project-tracking skills
• Ability to work fully on-site and travel if needed
