Senior Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level project coordination and governance support for the SKA MID Project
• Manage project documentation, schedules, reporting, and compliance to ensure delivery assurance
• Work closely with project leadership, design authorities, and multidisciplinary technical teams
• Ensure accurate information flow and traceable decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
• Support risk and issue tracking and maintain rigorous document control

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in project coordination, administration, or a related discipline
• Substantial experience in project coordination or administration
• Proven experience supporting complex engineering or technical projects
• Demonstrated expertise in document control, schedule governance, and risk tracking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting
• Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
