Senior Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital model creation, shop drawing development, and fabrication strategy
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to devise innovative solutions to complex problems
• Ensure best practices and SOPs for modelling and drafting are documented and shared
• Perform high-quality and complex modelling and drafting exercises using Cadwork
• Support project estimating, quoting, and material take-offs
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain quality control and QA/QC standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and onboard Project Coordinators to facilitate knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture, project management, construction management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in timber fabrication, mass timber, architecture, steel detailing, or construction
• High proficiency in Cadwork and architectural modeling software (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and strong graphic sensibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, particularly framing, carpentry, or steel fabrication/erection
