Senior Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Support Director and Regional leadership to train, manage, and coach the project coordinator team
• Support Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Executives with documentation tracking, billing, and schedules
• Assist with project start-ups, close-outs, and administrative support
• Manage bid tracking, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and drawings
• Handle monthly billings for subcontracts (Lump Sum, T&M, GMP, Cost Plus) including Pay Apps, SOV, and Lien Waivers
• Process electrical permits and plan reviews
• Lead meetings, trainings, and employee development initiatives
• Conduct regular employee check-ins and performance evaluations

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting construction or large-scale projects
• Expertise in bid tracking, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and permits
• Hands-on experience with subcontract billing (Lump Sum, T&M, GMP, Cost Plus), SOVs, and certified payroll
• Ability to manage high volumes of detailed documentation and compliance (OCIP/CCIP, bonds, COIs)
• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising, training, and coaching staff
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or construction management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
