Senior Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage daily export and import freight forwarding operations across sea, air, and heavy haul modes
• Supervise cargo loading and discharging operations at ports, jobsites, factories, and workshops
• Handle client bookings, prepare quotations, and conduct proactive follow-ups
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers, haulers, and agents to ensure profitability and competitiveness
• Coordinate with subcontractors and operations teams to ensure successful final delivery
• Assist in the preparation of RFQ and Bid Tender responses
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and Regional QHSES to manage local safety and quality issues

Requirements

• University degree in a related field
• Proven experience in Freight Forwarding
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Organized, results-driven, and assertive professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically handling break bulk, out of gauge, or oversized shipments
• Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation
