Senior Project Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide performance reporting and analysis support for high profile Rail projects
• Work with cost and planning engineers to develop work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines
• Establish progress and cost monitoring methods
• Produce project control reports and provide performance analysis and recommendations

Requirements

• Proven track record in a major international airport or rail environment
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Proficiency in progress updating, cost control, and change control
• Experience with baseline management and reporting
• Proficiency in a P6 environment
• High competence in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with planning software such as Primavera
• Familiarity with financial/procurement systems like Oracle or SAP
• Degree in a relevant discipline
