Senior Project Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with cost and planning engineers to develop work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines
• Establish progress and cost monitoring methods
• Produce project control reports
• Provide performance analysis and recommendations for clients
• Support high profile Rail & aviation projects through performance reporting and analysis

Requirements

• Proven track record in a major international airport or rail environment
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Proficiency in progress updating, cost control, and change control
• Experience with baseline management and reporting
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 environment
• High competence in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with financial/procurement systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent proven experience
