Senior Project Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with cost and planning engineers to develop work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines
• Establish progress and cost monitoring methods
• Produce project control reports
• Provide performance analysis and recommendations for clients
• Support performance reporting and analysis on high profile infrastructure projects

Requirements

• Experience in a project controls environment on major infrastructure projects (Airports, Rail, Water, Utilities, or Highways)
• Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience with progress updating, cost control, and change control
• Expertise in baseline management and reporting
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 environment
• High competence in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with financial/procurement systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent proven experience
