Senior Project Controller - Schedule & Cost Management

Responsibilities

• Participate in cost management during the development, planning, and realization phases of building construction projects
• Support overall project management in project support tasks
• Collaborate with various specialist departments including architecture, structural engineering, MEP, and electrical engineering
• Implement climate-neutral planning following the ATP Green Deal guidelines

Requirements

• Completed technical training or degree in civil engineering or architecture
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management across various phases
• Enthusiasm for integral planning
• Knowledge of CAD systems, ideally iTWO
• Interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
