Senior Project Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, cost, risk, and performance management functions across the project
• Establish Performance Measurement Baseline utilizing project coding structures and EVM
• Manage monthly Project Review Process and support financial reporting
• Oversee change requests and assess impacts on schedule and cost
• Develop and implement PMO and project controls frameworks
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Provide oversight of large, complex projects to ensure standardization
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders regarding progress, budget, and risks
• Support resource allocation, compliance, and quality assurance
• Maintain effective communication with all programme stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum Level 8 degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 10-15 years in project control activities
• Minimum 2 years as Project Controls Manager (PCM)
• Proven track record in high-value rail projects or similar scale/complexity
• Detailed knowledge of core Project Controls Toolsets
• Knowledge of quality management and process improvement in construction
• Experience in management roles as PCM and SME
• Knowledge of contractual and finance requirements in complex construction
