Senior Project Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement processes and procedures
• Manage cost/change control, including change order review, negotiation, and delay analysis
• Track and review change orders with Project Manager
• Manage contingency draw and budget management/tracking
• Process, track, and report on invoices and payment applications
• Manage weekly progress reports with the General Contractor and produce monthly management reports
• Produce earned value reports and review GC cost tracking reports
• Develop and maintain RFP/SOW/change order templates
• Coordinate supplier delivery plans and track contract execution
• Reconcile GC actual costs with GMP/Schedule of Values
• Perform contract administration including retention, T&Cs, and insurance
• Maintain cost benchmarking databases and on-site records
• Initiate and manage the project close-out process
• Monitor, track, and analyze schedule progress in the field

Requirements

• Degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Expertise using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Skilled in industry-accepted applications for cost, planning, and progress measurement
• Excellent communication and self-organization skills
