Senior Project Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring for complex large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Manage team deliverables by setting objectives, managing performance, and developing staff to maximize output.
• Oversee management control through integrated reporting and analysis of schedule, risk, and baselines.
• Guide the tracking of project baselines including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and assumptions.
• Present progress analytics and strategic recommendations to District leadership.
• Lead ongoing risk management procedures, including schedule risk analysis.
• Challenge contractor data to ensure accurate measurement of project performance.
• Drive adherence to governance frameworks through established project control processes and systems.
• Establish and maintain a reliable Earned Value Management (EVM) system.
• Develop and implement project governance procedures to support best practices in change management and cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• 15 years of relevant project controls experience with proven leadership in managing multi-discipline projects.
• In-depth knowledge of project controls within major construction environments.
• Proficiency in enterprise-level management software such as Primavera P6, PRISM, Aconex, ARM, or PowerBI.
• Significant experience in the development, implementation, and management of business systems and policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive quick responses to complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical direction to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Regional experience working within the Middle East.
• Recognized industry presence as an authority in technical project control problem-solving.
